ZenFocus operates on a one-time purchase model. After purchasing the premium version of the App, you will have perpetual access to all premium features without any recurring charges or subscription fees.

The free version of ZenFocus provides limited features at no cost, including:

• Basic Pomodoro timer
• 3 ambient sounds
• Simple session tracking
• Basic task management

2.2 Premium Version

The premium version of ZenFocus is available for a one-time payment and includes:

• All features in the free version
• Advanced statistics
• Full sound library (12 sounds)
• Custom focus intervals
• Dark/Light theme options

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Distribute, share, or transfer your premium access to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

5. Intellectual Property Rights
